Welcome to Sweets by Steph SLC. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Policies. Please review them carefully before booking.

• All custom orders require a minimum of one (1) week’s notice.
• Orders requested with less than 7 days’ notice may be accepted based on availability and will incur a $75 Rush Fee.
• No order is confirmed until the deposit is received.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering.
• Your date is not reserved until the deposit is paid.
• Remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery (if applicable).

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If you cancel 7+ days before your pickup date:
  
  • The deposit remains non-refundable
  • Any remaining balance paid may be refunded
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup:
  
  • No refunds will be issued
• Custom orders already prepared or decorated cannot be canceled or refunded.

Because all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:

• Design differences or variations
• Color shade variations
• Texture or flavor preferences
• Damage after pickup
• Orders not picked up on time

Refunds may only be considered if there is a verified mistake on our end (wrong design, missing items).
If this occurs, notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

• Changes to flavor, design, or quantity must be made at least 5 days before pickup.
• Late changes are not guaranteed and may require additional charges.

• Pickup time and location will be provided once your order is confirmed.
• Please arrive on time—cookies and baklava are delicate and sensitive to heat.
• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Once an order has left our possession, Sweets by Steph SLC is not responsible for:
  
  • Melting
  • Smudging
  • Cracking
  • Breakage
  • Heat or weather damage
  • Improper storage
  • Transportation issues

Tip: Keep your order flat, cool, and shaded during transport.

• Delivery may be offered based on location and availability.
• Delivery fees apply.
• Once delivered to the confirmed address, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Products are made in a home kitchen that uses:

• Dairy
• Eggs
• Wheat (gluten)
• Tree nuts
• Peanuts

We cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with allergies should order at their own discretion.

• All cookies are handmade; slight variations in color, shape, size, and design may occur.
• We do not replicate or sell copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks unless permission is provided.
• Inspiration photos may not be recreated exactly.

• Sweets by Steph SLC may photograph completed orders and use images for social media, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
• No personal customer information will be shared.
